MEETING SYNOPSIS – June 10, 2025 Board Regular Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  All members present. The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the May 13, 2025 Regular Board meeting; approve the Consent Agenda; approve the 425 agreement between Sylvan and Lima Townships; postpone the discussion of water rate increases until a later meeting; approve the Altech service proposal for the water treatment plant for $1820.24; approve Burman’s Tree Service for tree removal at Maple Grove Cemetery for $1750; approve payment of annual dues to the Michigan Township Association, Legal Defense Fund, and annual training subscription for up to $7158.16; repeal policy ADM 115; approve the Clerk to place defunct electronics on Municibid’s auction website; approve Lovell Contracting to install new carpet squares in township hall’s office space during renovations for up to $6531. Meeting adjourned at 8:34 p.m.
