MEETING SYNOPSIS – July 8, 2025 Board Special and Regular Meetings

Special Meeting called to order at 5:00 p.m.  All members present.  The Board discussed a water rate increase and deferred action until their September meeting.  Regular Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  All members present. The Board took action to: approve the meeting agenda; approve the minutes of the June 10, 2025 Regular Board meeting; approve the Consent Agenda; adopt Township Resolution 25-10 to adopt amendment 25-001 of the Zoning Ordinance Rentable Energy Facilities/Removal of the P-5 District/Lighting Regulations; approve purchase of 2 scales from Great Lakes Scale at a cost not to exceed $10,000; and approve June 27, 2025 OHM Proposal for Water System GIS Field Map Development and Water System GIS Dashboard project not to exceed $9,000. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
