Lodi Twp: Board of Trustees Meeting Synopsis 7/1/25

LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

July 1, 2025 6:30 P.M.

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present; several members of the public were present. The Consent Agenda items were approved as presented without items C1 & C8, which were added to the end of new business. There was no attorney report. There was a short Planning Commission Report. There was no Public Comment. The agenda was approved as presented with the addition of one item to Unfinished Business – Ann Arbor Baptist Church & addition of approval of 6/18/2025 Special Meeting minutes, direct the Planning Commission to update fence ordinance #55.18A2, payment of additional bills: OHM, Jesse O’Jack, CIB Planning, WSRC, approval of 6/3/2025 Regular Meeting Minutes, and Recognize Sheriff Report-May 2025 to New Business. Old Business: Approval of Lodi Township Ethics Policy, update on Copperleaf Crossing Noise Ordinance Violation, approval of Ann Arbor Baptist Church Site Plan as approved by Planning Commission based on Planner review. Agenda items: Approval of 6/18/2025 Special Meeting Minutes, Direct the Planning Commission to update Fence Ordinance #55.18A2, approval of OHM, Jesse O’Jack Attorney, WSRC first billing, CIB bills, approval of 6/3/2025 Regular Meeting Minutes, recognize sheriff’s report – May 2025. Next regular scheduled board meeting is August 5, 2025, starting at 6:30pm. The minutes may be viewed, after approval, on the Lodi Township website at (www.loditownshipMI.org) are available for review or purchase at the Township Hall during regular business hours.
