Lodi Twp: 1/25 and 2/25 Meetings

The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 10:00 AM. Seven board members were present, no members of the public were present. Old Business: None. New Business: Approval to not opt out of the Washtenaw County Election Coordinating Agreements, discussion on Budget for 2025-2026 year. FYI: none. Next regular scheduled board meeting was held February 4, 2025. The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present, several members of the public were present. The Consent Agenda items were approved as presented. There was no attorney report. There was a short Planning Commission Report. There was one Public Comment. The agenda was approved as presented with the removal of new business #24 removal from agenda. Old Business: Approval of Resolution #2025-001, Poverty Exemptions. Agenda items: Approval of Resolutions #2025-002, 2025-003, 2025-004, 2025-005, 2025-006, Approvals of Sun Times as Paper of Record, OHM as Township Engineer, CIB as Township Planner, Jesse O’Jack as Township Attorney, approval of MRM lawn contract for Township and Cemetery, approval of Supervisor to sigh opt out agreement form Washtenaw County Equalization, approval of Assessor Contract 2025-2029 and part time Assessor contract, Discussion on National Drug Take Back Day, WAVE Public Transportation approval for 2025-2026 budget year, approval of Ordinance #2025-001R, approval of flagpole replacement and approval of replacement server, approval of reimbursement for Trustee Blackburn, approval of special license application, set budget public hearing for March 4th at 6pm, approval of May 6th Dexter voters to vote in Scio Township for the Special Election. There was a second Public Comment, one comment was received. FYI: draft policies are in review and will be on future agendas. Next regular scheduled board meeting is March 4, 2025, starting at 6:00pm with the Budget Public Hearing followed by the regular meeting.
