Lima Twp: Public Hearing on 425 Agreement 6-10-24

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2024, during the Lima Township Board of Trustees Regular Meeting at 7:00pm, held at 11452 Jackson Rd, for the purpose of discussing a proposed P.A. 425 Agreement between Lima Township and the City of Chelsea. The proposed agreement, if approved, will provide for conditional transfer of property, owned by David Wolf and proposed for Planned Unit Development (PUD), to the City of Chelsea, subject to the terms of the proposed agreement. The parcel proposed for conditional transfer is identified as Parcel ID #G-07-18-100-032.

Individuals with disabilities requiring necessary auxiliary aids and service at the meeting will be reasonably accommodated upon notice to the Township Clerk at least 5 days before the meeting. Public comments, either oral or written, will be heard at the public hearing.
