1. Approval of City of Chelsea Renewable Energy Plan (Manager Colburn

MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Iannelli to approve the City of Chelsea Renewable Energy Plan in accordance with PA 235 and submit the plan through MPPA to the State of Michigan.  All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of City of Chelsea Power Purchase Commitment through MPPA (Manager Colburn)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to approve the power purchase commitment through Michigan Public Power Agency (MPPA) on behalf of the City of Chelsea, and signed by Member Authorized Representative, City Manager Marty Colburn. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adopt Resolution Approving Special Event Permit for Soccer Shots of Ann Arbor (Manager Colburn)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to deny the resolution approving a Special Event Permit for Soccer Shots Ann Arbor’s use of Timbertown Field. 6 ayes; 1 nay (Morris). Motion carried.
