MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to direct staff to provide a background check on Marc Thompson for potential employment as City Manager. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Review RFP for City Manager Recruitment Services (Mayor Pacheco)

MOTION Merkel SECODED Morris to approve the request for proposals for recruitment services for the hiring of a permanent City Manager. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adopt Resolution #2025-20 Non-Motorized Pathways (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to adopt Resolution #2025-20 Approval of Non-Motorized Plan. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adopt at Second Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Bikes (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to adopt at Second Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Bikes. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adopt at Second Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Signs (Community Development Director Montagno)

• Approval of Bulk Water Meter Purchase from Metron Farnier (Superintendent Powell)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Morris to approve the purchase of 300 3/4” water meters from Metron Farnier for the amount of $116,500.00 to include shipping. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of 2025 Backhoe Purchase from Southeastern Equipment (Superintendent Powell)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase of a backhoe from Southeastern Equipment in the amount of $155,557.84. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement with LaFontaine Automotive Group for one Sierra 1500 Double Cab Truck (Superintendent Freeman)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Morris to approve a purchase order for $49,705.00 for the purchase of a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab 4X4 truck from LaFontaine Automotive Group. All ayes. Motion carried.
